Quality Administrator

Date:  2nd August 2018

Wisetek has a requirement for a Quality Administrator in our Quality and Compliance Department.  The successful candidate you will be expected to maintain and update our quality processes to improve sustainability and develop best practices within the quality process(s). Experience in the use of Lean tools and practices highly desired.

 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Involves updating and releasing of process procedures to ensure product documentation and Assembly / Test Procedures are in place.
  • Be part of a team that conducts internal audits.
  • Support and maintain Corrective Actions Request Process (CARs)
  • Ensure all measurement equipment is kept in calibration and appropriately maintained.
  • Understand and make suggestions to improve the current quality systems.
  • Participate in the development of innovative solutions.
  • Collect, record, and transcribe data.
  • Show results in reports.
  • Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
  • Participate in projects to make sure they are completed on time.
  • Working knowledge of QMS development an advantage.
  • Experience of ISOxpress a distinct advantage.
  • Innovative, creative, flexible mind-set required for expanding and evolving business needs.
  • Ensuring that all cGMP requirements are achieved in terms of equipment usage, training, data collection and process controls.
  • Support all Company Policies including Environment, Quality and H&S Policies.
  • Quality/ Engineering degree is desirable.
  • Relevant Quality Administration experience is a distinct advantage for this role…
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills are essential.
  • Certification or work experience in Lean/Six Sigma is desirable
  • Experience of ISOxpress a distinct advantage.
  • Project Management experience is desirable.
  • Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Projects). SAP desirable.
  • Ability to Travel is highly desirable
  • Ability to work alone or as part of project team.
  • Ability to participate in projects from start to finish.
