Wisetek part of the CEIA Female Leadership and Management Programme

Wisetek is delighted to have had four of its managers on the CEIA Female Leadership and Management Programme. This initiative is part of Wisetek’s ambition to promote diversity within the management and leadership team.

The Female Leadership and Management Programme took place at Cork College of FET. It is a combined venture between the Cork Education and Training Board and the Cork Electronics Industry Association. The course aims to develop the management capability of women in the workforce, providing the opportunity for numerous women in tech leadership and management roles to come together, share their experiences, and create connections that will last long into the future.

Wisetek recognises the importance of diversity within the workplace, and is extremely proud of the four managers who took part in this programme.

As of today, Anne-Marie Hourihan – Program Manager and Deirdre Arrigan – Finance Manager Ireland & UK have also completed the course and their graduation ceremony will take place in October.
